Can’t make it to CircuitFix locally? No problem! I offer mail-in repair services nationwide for a variety of consoles and controllers.

How It Works

1. Contact CircuitFix
Send me a message with your device, the issue you’re experiencing, and any relevant details. Photos or videos of the problem can also be helpful.

2. Get Your Repair Details
I’ll provide an estimated repair cost and instructions for sending your device in. Some repairs may require additional diagnosis before a final price can be confirmed.

3. Ship Your Device
Carefully package your device and ship it to CircuitFix using the provided mailing instructions. Please package your device securely to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Repair & Testing
Once your device arrives, I’ll inspect it, perform the agreed-upon repair, and thoroughly test the work whenever possible.

5. Return Shipping
After the repair is complete and payment is received, your device will be securely packaged and shipped back to you.

• Customers are responsible for shipping their device to CircuitFix.

• Return shipping will be added to the repair total when applicable.

• Repair estimates may change if additional damage or issues are discovered during diagnosis.

• Turnaround time varies depending on the repair and current workload.

• Devices should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.

• A 30-day warranty applies to the work performed by CircuitFix. The warranty does not cover unrelated issues, accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage caused after the repair.
